Solid, friendly, patient mechanic. Labor rates are high. Until I tried to resolve an issue with front rotors they installed that failed after 15K miles, I didn't mind that.
I get a appointment to get in my car to fix it I creaking my window and crash my bumper and they hated to get fix

Was heading to Kimball Farms and my car had issues on the way. Stopped by, dropped off the car and by end of day they'd diagnosed and fixed the issue (blown ignition coil), all for a very fair price. Kept me informed and were flexible in the pickup later the same day.
I'm not sure where the disconnect occurred in what I thought was a good 5 year customer - mechanic relationship. I do know that I trusted these guys with my car, and when I came to them with an issue that was probably an equipment manufacturer error to get the problem fixed, I was sent abruptly back to the dealership and told they wouldn't service my car anymore.

When
I had to pay another mechanic to diagnose and repair an issue with equipment the owner installed. There are better ways to disconnect from customers you clearly no longer want to service.
