The location is nice but I suggest the staff should be more accommodating to the special needs of the customers. My experience is the staff seem to be unwilling to listen to the special needs of the customers, very inflexible, reluctant to accommodate the request, even when things asked for are reasonable and not against the regulation.
Two times I have reserved a spot online only to have the place be closed when I get there even though it was during the regular hours of business. I understand that staffing sometimes causes this problem, but for it to happen 2 times in a row is ridiculous especially when it says you can reserve online. Haircuts are good, but not worth the hassle.
Online check in is great. Add your name and it stays there for 1.5hrs.
Great place! I go every 6 weeks. Definitely recommended.
