Guy with the 1950's hair was more than helpful when I was looking for a small grill, the people there are great and have a lot of know how! Jim was very helpful. I had just bought a new TV and was eager to set up. To my dismay the screws necessary to assemble the stand were misting. I tried calling Samsung to find out what size I needed but was told I didn’t need any, contrary to the picture on the setup guide. I went to Aubuchon where Jim took the time to test several different sizes before being satisfied he had the right one. He then sssebked the stand for me. I really appreciated his help. Great customer service!
