Staff was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, from reception to nurses and doctor. I feel I received excellent care PLUS I received a follow up call a few days to see how I was doing and to remind me to follow up with my own primary care doctor. I highly recommend this place
It isn't really an urgent care, both in terms of insurance and capability. After you get there, they inform you that they bill as a specialist (which under my medical plan at least is a higher rate). Additionally, they have a fairly limited set of capabilities that one would expect from an urgent cares (at least compared to the ones by me, outside of Atlanta GA), which means they send you to their emergency room... All-in-all, felt like a bait-and-switch operation meant to ensure that the ER doesn't lose too much business to Urgent Care facilities.

We had an excellent experience here in Littleton. Our nurse Jen was so sweet and efficient. Our doctor ,Kelsa I believe, was patient, informed, very gentle, and a very good listener. When we left I wished he could be my primary practitioner. I would recommend here.
