Three strikes.

The last time I was there, there were 8 people in the theatre (read: NOT BUSY). Again, trouble with the food. The food never came (I'm pretty sure the people next to us got our food - so disorganized...FIGURE OUT WHERE YOU NEED TO DELIVER THE FOOD, PLEASE!). Ordered again after having to leave the theater. Finally got the food. Also, the light was left on in the projector room and it was very distracting for the entire movie.

I've been to this Cinema three times.

Best place to go for you and the family. Even with a few friends and hang out. There is a bar/lounge that's attached to a movie theater. If you watch a movie in the theater, the lounge with bring your food order to your seat while watching the movie. Everyone is great, friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Had the pleasure of a matinee at the new cinema today. Every person I encountered was beyond pleasant. the theatre I was in was amazing! There is so much room between each row, and virtually no chance that the person in front of you will be an obstruction. Very impressive seating. Oh the seats themselves- top notch! They come with a tray table, which can be moved to the side, and at first I thought it would annoy me....but it did not. I have only one negative comment....there was a point when a film in the adjoining theatre started. And we could hear every word of it - too loud! I hope they get that sorted out. Otherwise, I look forward to returning, and hope they bring an occasional independent film or two.

So far, this place is a major disappointment. I am left feeling that any future problems will just get me more of the same polite talk and excuses. By the way, all of the people I went there with each time feel the same way. They remarked they were made to feel awkward for even saying anything to the manager, because the cinema staff 'needs time to iron things out'...

Don't bother trying to bring problems up to the manager - they just make excuses for how busy they are and how they need and appreciate patience while they work out the kinks. Although they are nice when talking with you, one gets the impression they will say anything just to end the conversation as quickly as possible.

The next time I was there, I got to order food! It was suppose to be delivered to the theatre but never came. I had to leave the theatre to look into it. This is very annoying. The staff at concessions were polite but they didn't know where the food was; I didn't bother ordering hot food again. The buttered popcorn was good. I sat next to loud people and didn't bother leaving the theater again to complain.

The movie theater itself is awesome and I give that part 4 stars! The dining experience needs work. The food is great but service.....not so much. The servers are super nice I would just say maybe don't have them bring partial orders to patrons in the theater because there's just way too much confusion when the whole order is not ready at the same time then you have folks running back to find where their food is or if it was forgotten, etc. Our food wasn't forgotten...just not ready so they brought out some of the order...ran to find my order before the movie started...it was just a hot mess. Ended up with double the food, felt bad. The concession guy didn't know he was supposed to give us our popcorn and soda and deliver the rest of the order. idk. Service needs work but this process will iron out once they get the hang of how they want to do things. great movie experience though and fantastic theater! People were awesome and nice. And we're bringing the whole family again this weekend and adding it to our regular rotation of fun things to do!!

Opening night was a failure of communication on every level. Beer took forever to draft, then they couldn't take credit cards so the server dumped out drinks - after we waited 20 minutes to order. I was speechless. Then I waited in line at concessions. There was almost no food available at concessions - this was planned BUT NO COMMUNICATION/signs - you only found this out after waiting in line and trying to order. Seats were comfortable. Most of the staff was nice. The bar manager was very rude. Could not take advantage of in theatre food delivery. They didn't appear to be ready for opening night.

This theater is out of control nice. Of course it is brand new, but the theater in which we saw Justice League had a screen that was easily 4x the size of a regular movie screen, and had enormous stadium seating comprised of super comfortable leather recliners, equipped with swiveling tables to set your food and drink on. viewing was perfect from every angle and level. I will be going back here for as long as I live in the area...P.S- military discount is fantastic there.
