Ony 2 stars because not sure how this park would be during heavy snow, and I went during a time when there was a decent snow pile but experience was still dull. Even for terrible snow conditions, and tubes barely being able to reach the bottom of the hill, they charge full price. Along with the experience there being dull, the staff was as well. The employees looked as if they absolutely did not want to be there. There were few employees who had a positive attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great tubing park. The employees were very nice and friendly. The first and second lanes were very fast and it was so much fun. I highly recommend coming here!!!
The service acts like we didn't sign the extensive release form and everything is a walk and a half away. Especially in snow gear. It's a shame compared to the great skiing experience I had next door. Although I do have to say, the few runs you get in while you are there are a blast for kids and adults alike.
Myself, my husband, our two kids and two of their friends went the day after Christmas and it was an awful experience. The website said 4 tube lifts were open with 18 tubing lanes. So not the case! Only 2 tube lifts were open with 6 actual tubing lanes. 3 were fast but the other 3 were so slow people were coming to a complete stop half way down and had to walk the rest of the way. We paid $200 to go tubing for 2 hours and only got to go down four times due to the amount of people, lack of tube lanes and everyone only wanting to go on the fast lanes so it made the lines outrageous . It was such a waste of time and not worth the money. The first day of winter vacation they should have been prepared. I wrote a very respectful email to Nashoba and no one even wrote back to apologies so now I'm taking it to social media. Find somewhere else to go, this place isn't worth it.
