The employees are so helpful and passionate about their work. Especially Sunny. They go above & beyond.
Avoid the Ponytail Girl. I went in shortly after opening, and there were great friendly folks. I even signed up to be in their rewards club. I try to shop the small businesses and have gone out of my way to shop here and pay more several times. The last 2 times I was in, there was a ponytailed woman who was VERY snotty, dismissive, and outright rude. It's too bad she can't be nicer to the customers. She nearly bit my husband's head off when he asked if there was a leash that might be more durable than the nylon ones. We are potty training our puppy and we often have her leash on at home during the day so we can get her right outside. Man, she was such a rhymes with Witch. What a shame, we just adopted a dog, we have 3 cats, and another dog. Rude treatment is not worth paying extra for.

What a great experience, moving here from Florida, I was expecting a Pet Supermarket, which there are none. Been to the competitors, will not go to PetCo or PetSmart again. PetSource is now where Jasper will do all his shopping, including Courage and Isabella. Thank you for the customer care you gave me, and making Jasper feel at home.
I love this store, I have been going to it since it opened as it has become my go to pet store for everything. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful, and never try and upsell. If I ask they give me recommendations based on their knowledge and they are always excited to see my dog whenever I come in and they also remember his name.
They take a lot of pride in the store. It's clean & neat. They seem to have fun making new seasonal displays. The inventory is updated with new products often. They carry the latest & greatest treats, foods and toys often before other stores.
