The staff at this store are incredibly professional, polite and patient, especially Elizabeth. Many retail outlets are very accommodating at point of sale, but the real test of a great staff is their willingness to help with after sale problems, especially when the customer is 70 years old and tech handicapped.

I have used this place to get a remote start and overhead video installation. The owner Mike is very friendly and workman ship was great. I had some confusion on quoted price and owner agreed to honor the quoted price even though probably they had to spend a lot more time. I will use it again.
